Health Insurance: 3 plan options. Rates for employee-only plans at $60-$70 per paycheck.
Dental Insurance: 100% company-paid employee-only dental insurance plan (family eligible through payroll deduction).

401(k): company will contribute 4% of employee salary when a minimum of 5% of employee salary is contributed. (90 day waiting period.)
