About the position

The individual in this role is a strategic systems advisor responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of Unanet AE across all business functions. This role works closely with technical, project management, finance, and operations teams to configure and support enterprise workflows, develop reporting tools, and ensure the successful integration of Unanet AE into daily business processes. The ERP Consultant will evaluate business needs, implement best practices, and provide both hands-on support and strategic insight to continuously improve system performance and user experience. This is a critical role for aligning software capabilities with operational goals and increasing efficiency across departments. 

Essential Functions

• Serve as the in-house Unanet AE expert and system administrator.
• Lead internal consultations to assess business needs and recommend ERP-based solutions.
• Configure and maintain Unanet AE system settings, user permissions, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with department leads to streamline project delivery, accounting, and operational workflows.
• Provide training and onboarding for new users and departments adopting Unanet features.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and SOPs to enhance visibility and efficiency.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, consultants, and Unanet support for upgrades and customizations.
• Monitor data quality and system performance, addressing issues proactively.
• Support the Director of Business Processes in ongoing software strategy and optimization efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience working with Unanet AE in a systems analyst, ERP consultant, or enterprise software role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with system configuration, reporting dashboards, and cross-platform integrations.
• Strong communication and training skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
